Stephanie integrates acupressure, eastern therapies & bodywork, therapeutic massage and aromatherapy into her sessions. Acupressure works with the same points used in acupuncture but without needles. Finger pressure, therapeutic eastern bodywork, heat, aromatherapy and other healing modalities are used to bring balance to the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic systems of the body. Stephanie’s sessions incorporate a safe, intuitive and healing environment to help with stress & pain management, anxiety, fatigue, sleeping challenges, emotional balancing, medical conditions, women’s health, pregnancy & postpartum, children, and more.

Therapeutic Massage
with Julianne Lorenzen, CMT

As an endurance athlete, Julianne understands the wear and tear from with the body suffers and strives to balance the body’s structure so that her clients may better approach this sport we call 'life'. Her massage sessions incorporate multiple modalities, adjusting to the specific needs of each client. More intense massage sessions may include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports and injury massage and structural integration, whereas clients seeking a more peaceful, relaxing session will likely experience a combination of swedish massage, shiatsu, and reflexology. Julianne believes in the importance of addressing all muscular and fascial areas of the body in each massage session, acknowledging the structural and energetic connectedness of the human form. 90-minute sessions are recommended for most clients, although 60-minute sessions are available.

Cost: $65/hour, $90/90 minutes (gift certificates available)

Introductory Special:
$65 for first 90-minute session (new clients only)

Classical Five Element Acupuncture
