Eastern Holistic Center offers the Acupressure Institute’s

150 hour Acupressure & Eastern Bodywork certification program. Classes for the fall program are on Wednesday evenings with two Tuesday evenings in December, plus one weekend a month. This certification training offers several types of acupressure & eastern bodywork modalities. Students gain proficiency in using more than 75 acupressure points, acupressure flows, extraordinary vessels, the twelve organ meridians, the five elements, eastern massage, and more. CEU’s and advanced courses are also available. Upon completion, students will be a certified CMT.

Classes can be taken individually for already certified massage therapists who do not need certification or the full program or want continuing education. Classes can also be taken individually for the public wanting to learn acupressure for family & friends who do not need certification. Please try to register for individual classes w/in 24 hours prior to class. See classes for individual cost. Those taking the full program will save over $1000 in full. All individual class costs are less for full program students.

To successfully complete this 150-hour certification program one needs to:

◦Complete all nine courses. (Note: make-up classes can

be taken at the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, CA)

◦Pay tuition in full.

◦Complete Documented Clinical Practice & Assignments

(7 clinical case studies and 5 assignments). Supervised student clinics count as 2 case studies each.

◦Pass a 1 hour verbal and hands-on evaluation. Once

these four steps are completed you will be awarded

your diploma and become a graduate of the Acupressure Institute & Eastern Holistic Center. There are no written exams.

Registration, Fees & CEU’s
Some classes can be taken individually without a prerequisite. CEU’s are available. See classes for cost of individual classes. Classes are discounted when the program is taken in full (over $1000 in savings). Discounts are available for those who pay in full and scholarships are available for those in need (see scholarships below). To enroll in the 150 hour Basic Training Program: Download & complete the following forms. Mail completed forms to Eastern Holistic Center/Stephanie Halderman, 165 N. Main St., Sebastopol, CA 95472. Please write (707) at the top of the forms to indicate the Sebastopol/Eastern Holistic Center program. Include a $450 down payment (includes $75 non-refundable registration fee) made out to Eastern Holistic Center, or full payment of $2,300 (you receive $150 off for paying entire amount.)

Tuition
Tuition for the full program is $2450. Receive $150 off when program is paid in full in advance ($2300). Extended payment plans and scholarships (see below) are available for those in need. Visa/Mastercard, checks and cash are accepted.

Down Payment for full program A deposit/registration fee of $450 made out to Eastern Holistic Center is due before attending the program. The deposit includes a $75 non-refundable registration fee.

Payment Plans for full program
Once the deposit/registration fee is paid you can continue to pay for your classes (per class) until the full amount of tuition has been paid. Extended payment plans may also be available.
