Acupressure, Eastern Therapies & Aromatherapy
with Stephanie Halderman, Dipl. ABT, EMT, CMT

Stephanie integrates acupressure, eastern therapies & bodywork, therapeutic massage and aromatherapy into her sessions. Acupressure works with the same points used in acupuncture but without needles. Finger pressure, therapeutic eastern bodywork, heat, aromatherapy and other healing modalities are used to bring balance to the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic systems of the body. Stephanie’s sessions incorporate a safe, intuitive and healing environment to help with stress & pain management, anxiety, fatigue, sleeping challenges, emotional balancing, medical conditions, women’s health, pregnancy & postpartum, children, and more.

Stephanie's intention is to be a rooted channel for light, love, healing, awareness, and balance to move through the layers and cells of the body, mind, and spirit. She works with each individual's needs, focusing on the whole person. She believes each individual has the power to heal and transform their body/mind/spirit connection.

Cost: $90 a session. Sessions are one hour and twenty minutes long.

Therapeutic Massage with Amanda Bloomberg, CMT


Amanda received a strong foundation of massage training from the Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College in Flagstaff Arizona. She furthered her education with the Acupressure Institute’s 150 hr program as well as expanding on her knowledge of holistic childbearing bodywork by completing further trainings in acupressure and swedish massage specifically attuned to the childbearing year. Amanda draws from her experiences in a classroom setting as well as learning from each person she is honored to meet in her daily life. She believes that we all have the innate wisdom to find healing and balance within ourselves. Her intention with every massage is to assist you on your journey toward  discovering this wisdom in order to attain balance and wellness. Her experience with massage gives her the ability to help relax sore muscles and ease stress while her discovery of energy work such as Acupressure and Reiki help her to bring a deeper spiritual level of healing into each session.


 $80 a session. Sessions are an hour and 20 minutes long.

Buy a series of three sessions for $195 ($65 each)

$1 a minute chair massage available on Mondays and Wednesdays
